Acquisition closed

Yesterday I blogged a bit about the acquisition. Today it was publicly announced. I've been in Atlanta all week prep'ing for and delivering the employee orientation. It feels good to finally have it done now and start building software. The company is called Stratature.
I've been working with them for almost a year now, since last July, building up to this day.
