The contractor is actually accelerating work on the house. Some of his projects have been cancelled so he has more workers to do the work. That's nice and it does seem to be moving faster. Just heard that the range hood is getting installed today, sink, backsplash tile, and the countertop is ready.
The down side is that counties are going into lock down and we're concerned that SLC will go into lockdown when we have half our house torn apart with nobody able to finish up the work. Fortunately, I believe they'll finish the kitchen before any of that happens. That would be really good. We'll see if the rest of the house get's finished.
I'm excited to see this all come together. These cabinets are huge and will provide a lot of storage.
The lights under the cabinets are a nice touch. Really lights up the whole kitchen evenly with the canned lights. This is a very bright space now and there's still a couple more canned lights to go in over the island.
