Well, I hope I’m not jinxing the deal, but it looks like the house I put the offer on is coming through. It’s a nice four bedroom, 3.5 bath trilevel in Mirrormont on an acre lot with mature trees on a cul de sac lot. If everything goes right, we close and move in before Christmas. It’s an older home that needs some updating, but it’s in great shape and in a great neighborhood. And, I already have a membership at the clubhouse! :)
