The girls

On a recent Sunday, I took Amanda, Jenny and Sarah to Beaver Lake Park to just hang out for a while. We played Hide and Go seek, walked around the park a while and, of course, I took pictures. I sent this out as an email not long ago, but wanted to put it hear to record it as part of the blog.
Amanda is growing up quick. She was recently the Queen in "The Princess and the Pea" fifth grade play. She did a great job.
Jenny is our little athlete participating in gymnastics and soccer. She loves to run, hike and work hard. She constantly amazes us with her ability to do physical labor. Jenny is learning Violin and has a great ability to make people laugh. She has inspired many nicknames including "Spaz", "Spazmodicus", "Minion", "Wierdo", "Jen Jen" and my favorite "lowfat".

Sarah is learning the violin as well and has recently mastered twinkle. Her new teacher has been just super and really has a lot of patience with her. Sarah loves to draw and sing. She can often be heard taking verbal polls. "All who want to watch 'Barbie Swan Lake' raise your hand!"
